Pastor David is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, serving in three Illinois churches over the course of 33 years. They spent 21 years with their last congregation and, during that time, built a new church building in a new location with volunteer help. God’s hand was on this project and it was debt-free just several years after completion and dedication. Pastor David’s experience through this adventure gives him the background to assist Life Church in the maintenance and repairs needed to keep the church campus functioning well.

Robert Rodriguez Chief of Safety and Security

Robert retired after 30 plus years in government service and as an Assistant Special Agent in Charge with U.S. Homeland Security Investigations in Atlanta. Thereafter, he was under contract through the U.S. Marshals Service protecting the U.S. 11th Circuit Court judiciary and staff for 6 years, recently leaving that position to spend more time with family. His love for the Lord, combined with past experience, affords him the opportunity to be an additional asset in providing both safety and security to the Pastoral and Life Church family. Robert and his wife Yvonne have 13 grandchildren, soon to be 14, along with a soon to be great granddaughter. Prior to retirement, Robert was transferred on average every five years or so, so his daughters and son are located from coast to coast, but his family remains extremely close and this offers them an opportunity for frequent out-of-town visits.
